Long Time...

So I was in the hospital the other night for some severe back spasms. Let me just say that, #1 I love prescirption drugs, and #2 that was the most physically painful experience I've ever been through! It still feels like a gigantic cramp that doesn't go away in my back, and it gets worse with heat.

It has been a while since I have written...so recap of the last or so....
